Established in 2007, Aberystwyth and District Motorcycle Action Group has gone from strength to strength. Underlying the success of the group are the principles of MAG as a whole – to protect, promote and celebrate motorcycling for all.

We are active with campaigns related to motorcycling issues at local and a national level. It is heartening to know that MAG Aberystwyth is already recognised as an advisory group in its own right. For rideouts we are fortunate in having some of the best biking roads you could wish to enjoy right on our doorstep – regular items in the biking press only reinforce that opinion. We get to ride these roads every day!!

We have a rolling calendar of events, ranging from major fundraisers to small rideouts – check our Events page for more details. In terms of fundraising, we have already raised over £4000 for charity – including Help for Heroes, the Royal British Legion, the Childrens Ward, Bronglais Hospital, and the National Association for Bikers with a Disability. On the 1st of July 2010 the Group became a full member of the Ceredigion Association of Voluntary Organisations, membership number 246.

We meet on the first Thursday of every month, at 19:30 in Aberystwyth Railway Club (behind Argos). All welcome!
